How do I hold an appointment?
To hold an appointment, you have to make the reservation with a credit card.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
To reschedule or cancel, please call or text the salon at (843) 881-6554.
Please DO NOT send an email or use the chat feature to cancel an appointment. 
Credit cards are required to hold appointments and we request a 24 hour notice to cancel. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the card on file is subject to be charged and if you fail to cancel appointment, the card will be charged for full fee.

During the holiday season (November 1 - December 31), a 48 hour notice is required to cancel.

Do you special order color?
We do not special order color.

Do you have special kid’s pricing?
We give our youngest clients the VIP treatment, as we do our adult clients. Because of that, we don’t offer any special pricing for children.

Can I buy a gift card from your business?
Yes! Click here to purchase a Salon Alexandria gift card online or ask our front desk assistant next time you visit our location. 

How are you handling COVID-19?
Neither staff nor clients will be required to wear a mask while in the salon. This, however, will not preclude our recommendation that any individual (our staff or our clients) who feel more protected in wearing a mask should ABSOLUTELY wear one. Every person's situation is personal and unique, therefore we all have to respect and recognize all opinions and preferences. Please join us in making every person - staff or client - comfortable with his or her approach to this new information.
